The Pioneers Boys and girls Cross Country Team was in action Saturday morning competing in the Dennis Bays Warrior Invitational. The Pioneers had another strong finish placing 9th in the 30 team field on the boys side. The Pioneers were led with a top ten finish from Grant Montgomery finishing 10th in a time of 16:53. Also scoring for the Pioneers were Gavin Zint finishing 47th, Caleb Gentry 57th, Callahan Merkel 99th and Darren Westerfield 117th. The Pioneers had several individuals compete very well and establish new career bests. Ava Brown dropped 1 minute off of her time from last weeks Pioneer Invite finishing 111th with a time of 26:47. Good Time drop Ava! Both teamis will be back in action Thursday evening at Gibson Southern for the Alan Hopewell Class Invitational.
