The Pioneers competed in the IHSAA Evansville Sectional on Monday. After a weather reschedule from Thursday, the Pioneers were ready to go. North shot 293, to win the title. Castle came in second with a 295. Boonville turned in a team best 18 hole score of 312, finishing 2 strokes behind Memorial, who snagged the 3rd and final team spot to advance to regionals. Mason Keller had a tough start, but made par on 5 out of the last 6 holes to post a score of 88. Wyatt Belcher shot 92. Tanner Garrett played a really solid round of golf, carding a 79, just missing out on a playoff to advance. Mason Mills had an incredible round of 72, one over par, to finish in 3rd place for the whole tournament. Way to go Mason! Cash Willis had a great round of 73, 2 over par, finishing in 4th for the tourney. Mason and Cash both advance to the regional on Thursday at Country Oaks.
