Boonville High School

The Boonville Boys track team was victorious last night beating Perry Central, Southridge, and South Spencer in a quad meet. Senior Marques Ballard led the way winning the 100m, 200m, and long jump. Senior Eli Mayes won the 800m race. Sophomore Jordan Paul won the 110H and the 300H. Junior Quincy Carter won the high jump clearing 6'2" tying is personal best with senior Landon Wildt placing 2nd. Junior Cole Cundiff won the shot put. Sophomore Grant Montgomery placed 2nd in the 1600m. The 4x100 of Pierce, Paul, Carter, and Ballard also won. The 4x800 team of Mayes, Musgrove, Whyte, and Montgomery also won. Congrats to the boys as they are off to a great start this season. They will face Heritage Hills Thursday in Lincoln City.
