Varsity: Boonville Lady Pioneers started off their season on Tuesday at North High School. Kayleigh Fodge was the winning pitcher for the Pioneers; giving up only 1 earned run, and collected 3 hits, 2 being doubles to help lead Boonville to a victory. A Ward, P Pryor, and K Fodge each drove in 2 runs for Boonville. The final score: Boonville 11 North 4. The Lady Pioneers are back in action on Thursday 3/28 at BHS - Mike Wilson Field VS New Albany at 4:30. Varsity Only. Go Pioneers! JV: The Boonville JV team won their first game of the season VS North 3-2. A McGinnis was the winning pitcher for the Pioneers; allowing 6 hits and 2 runs (zero earned) with 0 walks. M Lockridge, A McGinnis, and O Scamahorn each collected hits for BHS. The BHS JV Softball team will be back in action on Thursday April 4th at Mt Vernon HS. Varsity will play first.
