JV Baseball’s comeback effort came up just short in a hard-fought 4-3 loss to Reitz. Colin Arnold led the way offensively with two hits, while Dean Chapman added a hit and drove in two runs. Mitchell Boyer, Remmington Clark, Wyatt Seiler, and Callahan Merkel also collected hits for the Pioneers. On the mound, Wyatt Seiler battled through 5 innings, striking out 6. Peyton Deters and Dean Chapman each added a scoreless inning in relief. JV Baseball will be back in action Friday as they play host to Castle.
