It was a busy Saturday for the boys golf team, competing in the Vincennes Invite before heading home to make it in time for prom. The tournament consisted of a field of 20 teams, and the Pioneers finished in 2nd place, just one shot behind the winning team Barr-Reeve. BHS shot a team score of 318 with Cash Willis leading the way. Cash made some incredible putts to shoot even par, winning the tournament as individual medalist. Mason Mills was up and down, but he made several clutch putts, including an 8 footer for par on 18, to scratch out a round of 78. Will Whyte continues to improve, beating his first 18 hole score with an 81. Wyatt Belcher contributed the final score with a 91. Gage Vincent shot 94. The pioneers don't have much time to rest, because they travel to play Reitz on Monday evening.
