The Girls Track Team was in action Friday evening at Corydon Central High School finishing 4th in the 21 team field at the stargazer invitational. Scoring for the Pioneers was Ava Kelley finishing 3rd in the 100 and 4th in the long jump, Irie Squires finishing 2nd in the 100 hurdles, and 3rd in the 300 hurdles, Whitney Shoup finishing 7th in the 100 hurdles and 5th in the 300 hurdles, Addison Luff finished 3rd in the high jump, the 4x100 meter relay team of (Squires, Mockobee, Shoup, Kelley) finished 5th, and the 4x400 meter relay team of (Luff, Shoulders, Bagby-Kline, Squires) finished 3rd. The girls competed and fought hard all night and came away with an impressive team finish. The Ladies will be back in action Tuesday at Perry Central. Go Pioneers!
